Little bit of muesli (with sugar) and skimmed milk
Decaf coffee, 500ml water
Snack
Nothing yet, don't feel like anything

Chick pea and mushroom salad and an energy bar or milkshake

Probably some hummus and peppers
Dinner
Yoghurt with mango and raisins
Hot chocolate
