Christmas cake in the making!

[COLOR="Purple"]I am baking my first ever Christmas cake. It will get 'treated' as the time goes by. :jive:

The recipe asked for watermelon/ginger preserve. Didn't have time to wait to order it from a SA shop and I improvised with ginger preserve.

Will I ever have the patience to wait until Christmas before I taste it. :tequila:
Hope it is as good as my friends! I will just have to as I am getting family visiting from SA![/COLOR]
