Hi Chel
Basically the fats that we eat today contain both saturated and unsaturated fats in a variety of disguises - be it in a sauce, snack bar etc. The best advice would be to see a nutritionist to get worthwhile advice, along with regular exercise. "Fatty" foods tend to slow the process of assimilation into the body's system and as a result we tend to lose the 'hunger' feeling. I guess everything in moderation would be a good step to a balanced lifestyle of eating healthily, regular exercise etc. Unfortunately I can't recommend any diets.. as I've never felt the urge to subject myself to such torture Best of luck :chef:
