Curio.............. had them and they do grow up, believe me!!!!
And they are the most wonderful people you can think of!!!

I love my sons, they were horrors as teenagers, not all the time, but from age 17............... now I adore them again!!!

Thanks for the reply Joan.
I took my daughter & her friends to the "mall" earlier on.
Wont sleep until I know she's home safe & sound.

She is getting a lift home with her friends parents.

Curio, at least you know whom she is with... does she have a cellphone on which to contact her should you panic???

But do not let her know you are worrried, it annoys them to no end!!!

Hi Curio !!!

I do !!! Have 3 sons - aged 19, 15 & 3 .........

And believe me - as terrifying as it may be - it's just as rewarding!!

Not easy at all - but cellphones do make it a little bit more bearable - as long as you know that she can call.

And although it's so hard to let go and let them wander into the wild wild world, sometimes you just have to let go - and keep the faith !!!

Not sure I should say I've already got the T-shirt - my daughter now at 21 is a blessing, my son at 19 is getting there but I tell you what - I wouldn't want to relive the 14 - 17 year old section again with the daughter or the son for different reasons. If you can hold out till they're 20 then you're well on your way - and hopefully so will they be .... :p
