I have yet to begin the exercise program, still adapting to the new eating routine ... no specific diet

am.. have tea when I wake up

then breakfast muesli and yoghurt with milk

2.1/2 to 3hr later an apple or slice of bread

Lunch 2 1/2 to 3 hrs later ...

2 1/2 to 3 hrs later slice of bread or banana

Evening Meal

2 1/2 to 3 hrs later slice of bread

Have given up sugar successfully ... all main meals are probably half portion in comparison to previous ... and for 3 nights I more or less go to sleep slightly hungry ... never wake up hungry though Smile

in 2 weeks time will reduce the amount of tea I drink

onwards and forwards

expect to lose weight in first 2 weeks before introducing any form of exercise .. then I shall start on getting fit

Ek se , after a few liquid refreshments , what if you happen to , unwittingly of course : transpose the D & F ?
