My grandfather (who had a real sence of humour) had a dog called 'Voetsek'  Wander why no-one ever came near their house. He had another called 'Ask it' - this really got to people who asked what the dog's name was :haha:

Cat is called Tripod, Hop-along or Evil One, depending on the mood at the time.
Back home mom has a dog called Duke and a cat called Bartholomew. Our previous dogs were Ben and Ted, cats were Tiger, Rambo, Angus and Monique (otherwise known as 'that evil B*tch P****ed on me again!').

My lovely cat is called Leonardo De Cattrio - and yes that is what is on his vet card... but when it comes to calling him - Leo is what we say most of the time!

Our dog in SA was called Tigger!
(it was supposed to be his temporary name until we could think of something better)
Luckily we had 9 months to choose each of our children's names!
