Somerset House Prep in Somerset-West

Loretto Convent Strand.....the begining and end of my catholic schooling sister school to that one in Sea Point which is now Checkers

Sans Souci...for the worst 2 years of my life

and then Progress College for Matric in 1977

Piet Retief Primary, Mount Edgecombe primary, Scottsville Primary - Pietermaritzburg, New Hannover Primary(school no longer exists). Howick High School matriculated 1980 (at least I stayed in one school all my high school years :haha:

Didn't a lot of the Loretto girls go to Springfield when it closed?

Point High School in Mossel bay for Std 6-8 and the York High School in George for 9 & 10....what a fantastic area to go to school - the wonderful garden route

Sea Point - Loretto yes most went to Springfield

Strand - Loretto.....some to Hottentots Holland High and others to Renish.
