Morning all,
Have been slack with this thread! Here is my menu today: Brekkie - mango and banana, no warm water with lemon, forgot the lemon! Cold water Snack - decaff skinny latte Lunch - Mackerel with roasted aubergines, chick peas and coleslaw Snack - apple or peach Dinner - some ryevitas with peanut butter after my gym session I have been slack in the gym as I am not feeling my old self. I have been on Tuesday and managed to run 45 minutes without stopping, but with a lot of effort. Runny nose and splitting headache while running is NOT fun! :haha: So tonight I am going again, hopefully it will be a bit better this time. :thumbs:

it does look like we are slacking now winter has arrived !
(background- im trying to get out of here by next friday so i have been slaving away over endless supplies of lists of files and what is where and blah blah) anyhow brekkie - yoghurt with blueberries and a pear , warm water with lemon and glass of orange, and also vit, evening primrose and cod liver oil tab lunch - large homemade veg soup 2 foxes creams !!!! rem/ber those? not sur eon supper - i think chicken breasts THEN TOMORROW MORNING blueberry pancakes lunch - big mac and big fries snacks - hot dogs, roasted nuts, waffles with syrup and M&Ms supper - super dupey greasy yummy food and ditto for 4 days !!!! :haha: |
