Haven't seen this programme.
However I don't eat any vegetables.....never have and never will. Having said that I consider that I eat healthily (albeit a diet of meat and potatoes) and very rarely eat junk food or cook with loads of oil. Up to now I've been very healthy. PS Unless you consider a salad a vegetable, I'll have one with my food....although NEVER on its own!!
