this morning i had warm water and lemon - but i think too much lemon as it was so bitter !
i had half a sweet melon !, fresh blueberries adn a muller light yoghurt
oh and a glass of orange
i have strawberries, a banana and a pear for snacks
so i dont eat the cookie jar ! (i even said no to a wagon wheel last night )
lunch i have brought cranberry cheese salad - toms, lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, spring onions and bit of turkey ham
BUT tonight - it is off to teh SA rest'rant so it will be pecan nut pie
BUT gym tomorrow morning

Ag don't worry Jewels, after the cake yesterday I just decided that an evening home alone is to good to give up, so I didn't go to the gym either
Had a lovely dinner and watched telly (what I want to watch!) the whole eve...
Here is the menu for today:

Oats with water, no milk and raisins. Warm water with lemon. I just cut a slice and squeeze it a little bit

Raisins, decaff coffee

Broccoli, peas and chick peas with some cottage cheese
More water

Dinner
No idea yet, I have been slack this week with the gym, so will have a good session tonight.
Tomorrow I am off for TWO classes, I have to make up for my loss, so wish me good luck with my legs, bum and tum and body pump classes :haha:
I am not going away this weekend, have to save all the money for my trip to SA in two weeks' time. We have a birthday party to attend tomorrow night and a house warming on Sunday. Monday will be spent sleeping late and going to the gym.
