yip - it has been here since lunchtime
also berries and white choc covered raisins !

rick hasnt been to the gym for months (plays cricket and football tho so at least exercises) and they told him at football that he has picked up weight so he wants to go the gym tonight - ja right, he wont go
he is slender, no need for gym
