I think your secretary messed up the message:

It was actually your wife calling to tell you to get back in the kitchen...

Now, I am no food expert, but I try to eat as healthy as possible. I just couldn't believe this week's episode! That women has NEVER bought or made a salad. I live on them 5 days a week!!!

Also, she gagged and nearly vomitted when she had to eat sauarkraut (sp). Surely it is not that bad? I was amazed to see that she actually stuck out with it and lost some weight. Quite sweet that the guy actually took up rugby again.
Sometimes I think these people just don't know any better. They were brought up on a chocolate and crisps for breakfast. Vicious circle

jeez salads 5 days a week?

i eat salads for lunch now with ham etc
i do try to eat healthyly (?lol) but if i fancy a biccie or custard tart then i have one

i starved myself for years and vowed i would enjoy myself now but i try try at least - not frozen chic nuggets liek these ppl
usually fresh food with fruit and veg

Haven't seen this programme.

However I don't eat any vegetables.....never have and never will. Having said that I consider that I eat healthily (albeit a diet of meat and potatoes) and very rarely eat junk food or cook with loads of oil.

Up to now I've been very healthy. Big Grin

PS Unless you consider a salad a vegetable, I'll have one with my food....although NEVER on its own!!

Dr Gillian has not had a hamburger in 15 years.

Now that's not "eating healthy" that's just plain stupid.

I haven't seen this programme, but is Dr Gillian a freak? Sheesh, a person's gotta live just a little. That's why we're here.

Really?

Nothing? Nothing at all?

Wow, I couldn't handle that. I'm no Dr Gillian, but I like SOME veggies.

So you don't like roast butternut? Parsnips? Broccoli and Cauliflower with cheese sauce? Vegetable soup?

Nothing at all? Sad Big Grin

Naught....nothing at all!! Don't like them....my tastebuds reject them. Big Grin

Look I have eaten them before.....if I go to someones house for dinner and they make veggies, I'll eat them....although I don't enjoy them.

Would never make them for myself.
