down to 95kg now
traning regularly with the local footie team and getting into a running routine too
4 to 6k distances
last night at footie practise the trainer asked for 30 press ups without giving it any thought I proceeded ... that was the first time in 4 yrs that I have done 30 press ups in one go
also did around 50 to 60 sit ups
getting there .. getting there
my dear mcamp ... anything to report

this Duck is most chuffed
went for a run last night which I thought would take up to 75mins to complete
It took around 62/63mins and when measuring the course it was found to be 11.7km ... this is extreme progress for me as my fitness level due to weightloss is comparable to 3 yrs ago when at a higher level of running fitness
when I weighed 107kg .. I thought it would be impossible to envisage running again and achieving certain times I had set as goals 10 years ago [or more] .. now there is a faint possibility, so the motivation is high
now 94kg and with the ability to run for 1hr I should lose 1kg a week
my new weight goal is 88kg ... have now lost 14kg in [edit] 8 weeks you would have to ask wifey as fortunately she can verify the loss of weight
even if mcamp is no longer part of things .. I am am one chuffed Duck

thanks all ... it is noted the politician mcamp het niks goed om te se nie
:tired: thank you seasider
anyways .. just completed my longest run in 3 yrs ... 78mins ..
Another 1kg lost in the last week .. a little tougher however the exercise is making it easier
my eating routine/amount has also increased over the past few weeks and I have also been drinking beer during this time .. so the normal balance is 80% there
would like to lose another 5 to 6kg and may consider 20kg lost as a target .. that would make it 87kg .. achievable .. yes
I must try find the before photo when I had already lost 3kg .. I was lekker vet
