Christian woman at BA loses her appeal |

I've just read that the woman who was told she could not wear her cross, unless hidden, has lost her appeal. Why? If this was a Muslim lady then there would be no problem. Again society gone mad.

We are looking to book a holiday to SA at Easter '07. Phew, the prices are quite expensive. Am I to late already?!
Please let me know of any websites that you found cheap - ish. At this moment flyglobespan are looking the best, and are direct flights from Manchester to Cape Town!!

My sister's son (24yrs old) was in a carcrash on Saturday morning in SA. The car is a write-off. He was on his own, and they think that the car must have rolled several times.
A truckdriver stopped at the scene, and helped him out of the car and made sure he is okay. He rang the ambulance and also my sister and her husband to tell them what happened to Schalk. He said that he will stay with him until the ambulance arrives, as he is on a tight schedule with his delivery, he will have to go. He reassure them that he is okay, and that he won't leave him alone. He also gathered all his belongings and made sure it is in safe hands.
Schalk remember after the accident when he opened his eyes, that this man was praying for him.
Schalk has got a few deep laserations to his head and arm, but nothing serious, and is recovering well.
It is just so nice to hear stories like this, and that there are still good people out there. :lovef:

Hello all
Just thought I would post here as am quite keen to possibly look after a South African baby. (I have 2 enlish little boys - I would love for them to learn Afrikaans) Let me know if anybody is in this area or if you know of anybody who is looking for a home environment in stead of nursery for their children.
Vacancy for under 3 - pref full time

Web search comes up with different answers on this one - what are visa requirements for SA passport holders for Cyprus (Greek side)? Can't find an official site with rules either.
Some sources say 30 days visit without a visa, others that a visa is required.
Anyone done a trip there recently?
