  Prayers et al
Posted by: Zulu_Foxtrot - 27-02-2006, 03:59 PM - Forum: Banter and ALL - No Replies

Last night while driving home after sampling some Belgium koek I was chatting to the boys and Ross tells me that he has been praying each night.

Didn't want to ask what for so I says " well that's good - did it work"

"Yes" he says in his newly acquired posh British accent " and extremely well too"

"Great" me says - "you should try it more often"

"Nope" says Ross "I think it was just beginners luck"

PS that traffic report of a man laughing hysterically at the junction of the A404 and the M4 was me

I LOVE DAT LITTLE ZULU

Van Rooyen accused of offering bribes
Posted by: Oom Rob - 27-02-2006, 02:16 PM - Forum: Rugby Newsfeed - No Replies

From everything I have read in the press and comments passed by friends in SA, I think the only way the air is going to be 'cleared' properly is for there to be an enquiry as to what went on - I think if there is not the accusations will just continue and do the good name of SA rugby no good.

What do you do for exercise
Posted by: spam - 27-02-2006, 12:17 PM - Forum: Your Health, Fitness and Wellbeing - No Replies

I thought it might be interesting to find out what who does what as an exercise regime or sport towards keeping or getting fit......

I have played squash on and off for years and whilst it helps keep the kilos at bay I was around 107 Kg before the shock set in....
I now go to gym a few times a week mainly walkining/running on the treadmill
I try get a game of squash in every week and take Tae Kwondo classes twice a week.
