Just a quick update. Lexi's surgery went well and the vet is very pleased with the outcome. She will have to stay overnight and is well cared for and comfortable.
I decided to have the other leg done in 3 weeks time rather than having both done at this time. I thought having both done now would be too hard on her, since she's female and has to squat when going potty.
Then after all that, she goes in to be spayed. :bigcry:
There's no way I could think of breeding with her now. I was told that she was so little she would have to have a c-section and I can't put her through that.
