Multivitamins and children

Dudette, yes one could look at it that way, but I think one should continously tell our children that these are vitamins to help their diets and NOT a supplement to correct eating. I think if a child is brought up with a balanced diet and given vitamins I think they won't become 'the next pill-popping generation'. I give my children vitamins everyday, but they also know they don't get everything out of a tablet and that wholesome food is best.
