morning all !!!

rick went for a 10 min jog last night and i ate that last pork pie whilst waiting to start supper !

had steak, chips (oven and low fat) and veg

this morning was late no warm water with lemon
yoghurt with fresh blueberries

have brought in plenty of fruit - strawberries, blueberries, banana and a pear
also a mini yorkie bar - even tho it isnt for girls

lunch is a turky ham and avocado salad - lotsa toms, cucumber and lettuce

altho tonight is meal out nigth ! :thumbs:

I'm back!! :thumbs:

Although....probably for a short while only....I'm back in Doncaster on Monday and Tuesday!! :bigcry:

Better news though....that means I'm back on the beach bench from Wed - Friday!! :haha:

Just nipping out to drop my car at the garage.....the exhaust is playing up and needs a new bulb for the one light.

This morning tea 2 sugars...nothing to eat yet..
Will snack a cereal bar shortly with water to wash it down..:haha:

Have left over curry for lunch..:thumbs:
