yes the 3 years is the magical number I have 2 months 3 days untill I have reached the 3 years and then hopefully they make me redundant...Big Grin

My menu today:

Bowl of cereal and actimel yoghurt thingie

2 toffee flavour biscuits and a small vitality yoghurt

Stick of biltong and stick of droewors

So sick of same sandwiches at lunch time that I decided to get a baked potato with chilli

Then a packet of flings..... and half a nectarine (it was vrot so gooied the rest away :haha: )

Now I'm mega hungry and tonight is my night off gym Big Grin

mutton curry sandwich , banana, mars bar for lunch..
went for a 30 min run...have drunk 7 glasses of water..2 coffee's..
...dinner no idea yet..Smile

Okay, my menu for today:

2 Hard boiled eggs, a slice of ham and half a tomatoe for breakfast.
1 Decaf coffee at 11
Salmon and low fat cottage cheese salad for lunch
Had some red pepper and hummus for a snack just now.
Am not going to the gym as I am in agony from the horse riding. Will probably have some veggies for dinner...
Oh, and had 2.5 litres of water today
