afraid so....overdosed on liquid carbohydrates....
I have decided to stay off any liquid temptations for the next few weeks (if I can months). I don't want to meddle up my training
Now, I have a wedding to attend next week. How on earth am I going to be able to resist the bubbly??? I am the biggest bubbly fan, EVER!

I haven't even started yet :haha: Running 26 miles deserves some severe training for the unfit!
Not severe though, I just know myself. If I have a glass or two, there is no way I am going to exercise the next day
