How are you all doing today? I have to say, I feel loads better, it must have been all the sweet stuff I ate yesterday (Jewels I would've put you to shame

Here is what's on the menu today:
Breakfast
Wheatflakes with dried fruit and raisins, skimmed milk
500 ml water
Snack
Orange, more water
Lunch
Baked potato with tuna and cheese, salad on the side
Snack
We are having our staff party, so it is probably going to be some crisps and dip and a glass of wine
Dinner
Fruit salad after gym, hot choc

Toast 2 pieces with strawberry jam and cheese, tea 2 sugars.
Now at work coffee.
lunch ham and chutney sandwich,packet of lightly salted crisps,banana, snack bar.
during the day 6 to 8 glasses of water.
Dinner...not planned yet.
also have forced myself to not run today...
..rest day..
morning all
i seem to be a creature of habit lately
i had toffee yoghurt with a banana for brekkie with glas of orange juice
i have brought in a peach, a pear and 2 apples to keep me away frm that bladdy cookie jar !
lunch is ham salad
supper will be steak and oven low fat chips
but i have rbought in a mini echo bar too
no tea or coffee so about 2 litres of water all day !
glad to hear i am influencing u well , dolla, with the sugar yesterday !
oh - and i STILL havent gone to the gym this week
but i did 40 lunges, sit ups , sides thingeys etc whilst waiting for supper last nigth ! :haha:
