i bet we are so far behind with what is out there now !
i always see massive differences when i go back

no gym for me last night Sad i got home too late and was starving
also ate a mini pork pie and some chips / crisps!

so far today - so good Smile :thumbs:

Morning, or should I say afternoon,

Here is what I am having today:

Brekkie - warm water with lemon, oats with raisins, water
Snack - decaff skinny latte, some raisins
Lunch - aubergine and cottage cheese salad with gherkins and tomatoes
Snack - plum and apple, more water
Dinner - probably more of my mum's health rusks!

I am looking forward to going to the gym tonight. I am rearing to go after nearly two weeks without it!

i had
brekkie - warm water with lemon, glass of orange juice, fresh strawberries, a kiwi and a yoghurt
i have had no snacks as i have 4gotten to bring anything and didnt even visit the vending machine or the cookie jar !
lunch - i have chicken and boiled egg white salad - loads of toms, cucumber and seeds on top
and a splash of low fat hellmans mayo

BUT TONIGHT ........................... im out with the girls to a fab indian in town - so about 5000 calories !!!!!
and no gym yesterday either Blush
My menu for the day so far:

Brekkie:

Glass of orange juice, Muller fruit corner yoghurt and fruit and fibre cereal

Snack: Chelsea bun and 1 apple crumble biscuit

Lunch: Poached salmon with watercress and dill mayo on oatmeal bread

Snack : Banana

Dinner: Prawn stir fry

Dessert: Ice cream Big Grin (always)

What is humous?? (spelling??) Is it nice?

What do you serve it/eat it with/on?? I saw it in the fridge at M&S and it just looked like a dip of some sort> :confused:

It is Greek and absolutely gorgeous, like a chick pea pate.
It can serve as a dip, salad dressing or just about anything. When I am very good, I have it with cucumber and celery sticks. I sometimes put it on pita with salad as well.
